The Aspire Difference
Most gyms hand you a program and hope it works. We do the opposite.
Before we ever build your plan, we get to know you — your body, your goals, your history, and what's actually stood in your way before. That's the Aspire Difference: a process built on real data and real relationships, not guesswork. Here's how we get you there.
The Strategy Session
Your journey starts with a conversation, not a workout. We sit down to understand why you're here — your goals, your past struggles, what's worked and what hasn't. This is where we start building your roadmap, together.
The Movement Assessment
Next we find out exactly where you're starting from. Your Movement Assessment gives us a clear read on your mobility, strength, and balance, so we can pinpoint pain points and target them from day one — no guesswork, no cookie-cutter starting line.
The Metabolic Blueprint
Using our VO2 analyzer, we test your metabolic rate and cardio capacity to get an exact number for how your body burns energy. This isn't an estimate — it's precision data that becomes the foundation of both your cardio program and your nutrition plan.
Your Custom Game Plan
This is where it all comes together. Everything we've learned about your movement, your metabolism, and your goals gets built into one fully individualized program — training and nutrition, designed around you and no one else.
The Work
For the next 3 to 6 months, we coach you through the plan — adjusting, pushing, and supporting you every step of the way. Then we reassess, fine-tune, and keep moving toward your goals until they're met.
Your Next Chapter
Once you've hit your goals, you choose the path forward: chase a new goal, or shift into our longevity phase, built to help you stay strong, mobile, and healthy for the long run. Either way, we're still with you.
Day One up close
The assessment other gyms can’t run.
VO2 Master testing, 3D body composition scanning, resting metabolic rate analysis, and a functional movement screen, run by a team that does this every week. Sixty to ninety minutes, guided at every step, scaled to wherever you’re starting from.
Health concerns are screened at intake; we require medical clearance before the VO2 test when it’s warranted.

Is this for me?
It’s for people who are done winging it.
- “I’m not in shape enough for a gym like this.”
- Almost everyone who walks in feels that way, and the people who get the most out of Aspire are the ones just getting started or coming back after a long break. Everything is scaled to your current level. There is no fitness test to earn your way in — your first week starts with a conversation, and the 7 days are free, so there's nothing to lose by finding out.
- “I’m in my 50s, 60s, 70s. Is this really for me?”
- Aspire's coaches have trained clients from age 6 to age 90, the club accepts Silver Sneakers and Renew Active memberships, and one of the members you'll read about on this site started personal training here at 75. You will not be the outlier. You'll be the point.
- “I’ve joined gyms before and it never stuck.”
- Then you already know access to equipment was never the missing piece. What was missing is a plan built on your real numbers and a coach who notices when you disappear. That is exactly what Aspire is built around: test, plan, coach, retest. The follow through stops living on your shoulders alone.
- “I train seriously. Will this be too basic for me?”
- Aspire is a HYROX Performance Hub with a dedicated powerlifting section, competition calibrated plates, and VO2 max testing used by endurance athletes and performance teams. Members here have gone from beginner to national level competition. The same data driven system scales from your first free day to the platform.
- “I don’t have time.”
- You don't need more hours. You need your hours to count. The assessment tells us exactly what your body needs so nothing in your plan is wasted effort, and we'll map it against your real schedule before you commit to anything.
Aspire to Achieve
Seven free days. Zero pressure. A coach in your corner from day one.
Seven days of Aspire, free. Day One is your Strategy Session — a sit-down about your goals and your history, not a workout. Then a movement assessment, coached small group classes all week, and the full club: the floor, the coaches, the community. On day seven you'll know if this is your place. No pressure, ever.
