Questions & honest answers
The things people wonder before they reach out.
Straight answers about the free trial, the Total Metabolic Analysis, Silver Sneakers, and insurance billed nutrition. If your question isn't here, ask it on Day One. There is no such thing as a silly one.
About the Total Metabolic Analysis
- Do I need to be in shape to do the Total Metabolic Analysis?
- No. In fact, many of the people who get the most benefit are just getting started or returning after a long break. Everything is scaled to your current level.
- How long does the testing take?
- Plan for about 60 to 90 minutes for the full Total Metabolic Analysis: the VO2 max test, resting metabolic rate test, 3D body composition scan, and functional movement screen, with our team guiding you through every step.
- Is this safe if I have health concerns?
- We go through a detailed intake first and, if needed, require medical clearance before the VO2 test. Your safety comes first, and nothing here replaces the guidance of your own healthcare provider.
- Do I have to be a member of Aspire to do this?
- No. The Total Metabolic Analysis is available to members and non members alike, and if you decide to keep going you'll have options to roll it into a training program.
- How often should I retest?
- Most people retest every 3 to 6 months to track progress and update their training and nutrition plan. That retest is where progress stops being a feeling and becomes a number.
- What does it cost?
- It depends on what you actually need, and we'd be guessing until we've seen your assessment. That's why we never publish price lists: at your Total Metabolic Analysis we'll walk through your numbers, your goal, and the exact options that fit, with real investment details face to face. No surprises, no pressure.
About the club & getting started
- What are your hours?
- We're open Monday through Thursday from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Friday from 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Saturday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
- Do you accept Silver Sneakers or Renew Active?
- Yes, Aspire accepts both Silver Sneakers and Renew Active memberships. Bring your card on your first visit and we'll take care of the rest.
- Can nutrition visits go through my insurance?
- Often, yes. Our registered dietitian services currently accept Aetna, Medicare, and CDPHP, with more credentialing in progress, and HSA and FSA receipts are available.
- Is the 7 day trial really free?
- Yes. Your first 7 days are on us: a Strategy Session on Day One, a movement assessment, coached small group classes all week, and full access to the club. It exists so you can decide with real experience instead of a sales pitch.
- What happens when my 7 days are up?
- You sit down with your coach while the week is fresh and decide. If Aspire is your place, we'll walk through the membership and training options that actually fit how you used the club — and your Metabolic Blueprint and Custom Game Plan come next. If it isn't, you keep everything you learned about your body and we part as friends. No pressure, ever.
