Strength and endurance session focused on cardio, traditional strength training and core! Sessions are held every:
Tuesday & Thursday: 7:00 AM - 8:00 AM
Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM
Monday & Wednesday: 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Tuesday & Thursday: 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM
3 sessions per week: $149/ Month

HYROX TRAINING CLUB
Mondays: 7:00-8:00 PM
Join us for a high-energy, HYROX-style cardio and strength workout designed to push your limits and build total-body endurance. Each session blends functional fitness, running intervals, and strength stations to mimic real HYROX competition-style events — but all levels are welcome!

NBCHH CALISTHENICS CLUB
Wednesdays 6:00-7:00 PM
Join us every Wednesday night for a bodyweight-only training session focused on building real-world strength, control, and mobility. From push-ups and pull-ups to handstands and muscle-ups, you’ll learn how to move better, get stronger, and unlock new skills each week.
Led by the Nobody Cares, Hustle Harder Crew, this course brings high energy, community, and accountability — perfect for anyone looking to challenge themselves and level up.

HIIT CLUB
Saturdays 10:00-11:00 AM
Start your weekend with intensity, energy, and results.
Join us for a fast-paced High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout that combines cardio bursts, strength circuits, and functional movements for a full-body sweat session. Every session is built to burn fat, build strength, and boost endurance, no matter your fitness level. Led by Jimmy, this session brings the energy, motivation, and music to keep you moving and feeling unstoppable.
STRETCH & MOBILITY

Fridays 5:00-5:30 PM
Unwind, recover, and move better in our Stretch & Mobility Course led by Coach Shonta. This class is designed to improve flexibility, joint health, posture, and overall movement quality while reducing soreness and stiffness from workouts and daily life.
Through guided stretching, mobility flows, breathing techniques, and targeted recovery work, you’ll increase range of motion, prevent injury, and feel refreshed and recharged.
Perfect for: Athletes & lifters, Desk workers & tight muscles, Recovery days, Anyone wanting to move pain-free

POWERLIFTING COMMUNITY
At Aspire Athletic Club, strength runs deep. Our powerlifting community, led by JAKed Barbell Club, is one of the fastest-growing and most passionate groups in the Capital Region.
Aspire is proud to host JAKed Barbell Club, an official USAPL Powerlifting Team and a training home for lifters from multiple federations. Between world, national, and regional competitors, Aspire has become a true hub for dedicated athletes who embody the values of discipline, grit, and growth.
Inside our facility, you’ll find Rogue-calibrated plates, Rogue power bars, three combo racks, and dedicated platforms built for elite training and competition prep.
Leading the charge of our powerlifting community are Jack and Bridget Gardy of JAKed Barbell Club, two of the most respected and accomplished lifters in the region. Their experience, expertise, and passion for athlete development have shaped one of the strongest powerlifting cultures in Upstate New York. Their coaching services are available upon request for those serious about taking their performance to the next level.
