Each session combines resistance training with controlled conditioning intervals to help you move better, get stronger, and build a solid engine without the burnout of high-intensity training. Workouts are progressive and coached, ensuring proper technique, appropriate loading, and steady improvement over time.

HYROX Performance Training is a high-energy group training class designed to improve endurance, strength, speed, and overall athletic performance through functional fitness and race-style conditioning. Combining running intervals with sled work, rowing, SkiErg, carries, lunges, wall balls, and strength circuits, this class prepares participants for HYROX competitions while also helping everyday athletes build elite-level fitness. Whether you’re training for your first race or simply looking to push your conditioning to the next level, HYROX Performance Training delivers a challenging, motivating environment focused on performance, community, and measurable progress.

A high-energy training class designed to help you burn calories while building strength. Expect a mix of resistance training and conditioning to improve endurance, increase muscle, and push your limits every session.

Join us for a fast-paced High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout that combines cardio bursts, strength circuits, and functional movements for a full-body sweat session. Every session is built to burn fat, build strength, and boost endurance, no matter your fitness level. Led by Jimmy, this session brings the energy, motivation, and music to keep you moving and feeling unstoppable.

STRETCH & MOBILITY-FREE CLASS

Fridays 5:00-5:30 PM

Unwind, recover, and move better in our Stretch & Mobility Course led by Coach Shonta. This class is designed to improve flexibility, joint health, posture, and overall movement quality while reducing soreness and stiffness from workouts and daily life.

Through guided stretching, mobility flows, breathing techniques, and targeted recovery work, you’ll increase range of motion, prevent injury, and feel refreshed and recharged.

Perfect for: Athletes & lifters, Desk workers & tight muscles, Recovery days, Anyone wanting to move pain-free

All fitness levels welcome — come stretch, restore, and feel your best.

ASPIRE RUN CLUB- FREE CLASS

Fridays 5:00-5:30 PM

Aspire Run Club is a weekly community run designed for all fitness levels. Distances will vary each week, with options to run, walk, or do a combination of both.

This is an inclusive environment where all paces are welcome. The goal is to build consistency, improve over time, and enjoy the process alongside others.

All runs are structured to support both beginners and experienced participants, with flexibility to go at your own pace.

POWERLIFTING COMMUNITY

At Aspire Athletic Club, strength runs deep. Our powerlifting community, led by JAKed Barbell Club, is one of the fastest-growing and most passionate groups in the Capital Region.

Aspire is proud to host JAKed Barbell Club, an official USAPL Powerlifting Team and a training home for lifters from multiple federations. Between world, national, and regional competitors, Aspire has become a true hub for dedicated athletes who embody the values of discipline, grit, and growth.

Inside our facility, you’ll find Rogue-calibrated plates, Rogue power bars, three combo racks, and dedicated platforms built for elite training and competition prep.

Leading the charge of our powerlifting community are Jack and Bridget Gardy of JAKed Barbell Club, two of the most respected and accomplished lifters in the region. Their experience, expertise, and passion for athlete development have shaped one of the strongest powerlifting cultures in Upstate New York. Their coaching services are available upon request for those serious about taking their performance to the next level.
