Youth & Athletes Academy

The Aspire Athletes Academy develops speed, power, and durability with the same tools used at the professional level: VO2 Master testing, VertiMax, Catapult One tracking, Just Jump testing, and the Assault AirRunner. Alongside it, the Youth Strength Training Program runs three afternoons a week to teach young athletes how to train safely and confidently.

Best for: Middle school through collegiate athletes, and kids building their base

How your 7 free days go

01

Start your 7 free days

Tell us a little about you and we'll schedule Day One: your Strategy Session. A sit-down about your goals, your history, and what's stood in your way before — a conversation, not a workout, and you don't need to be in shape first.

02

Get your movement assessment

A coach reads your mobility, strength, and balance so your week starts exactly where you are — pain points flagged, no guesswork, no cookie-cutter starting line.

03

Train coached, all week, free

Seven days of coached small group training — HIIT, Burn & Build, Every Day Strength, Strength & Conditioning — plus the whole floor between classes. Train like a member, meet the coaches, feel the community.

04

Decide on day seven

You sit down with your coach while the week is fresh and decide together. If Aspire is your place, we map the road ahead — your Metabolic Blueprint and Custom Game Plan come next. If not, we part as friends.

Wondering if it’s right for you?

“I’m not in shape enough for a gym like this.”
Almost everyone who walks in feels that way, and the people who get the most out of Aspire are the ones just getting started or coming back after a long break. Everything is scaled to your current level. There is no fitness test to earn your way in — your first week starts with a conversation, and the 7 days are free, so there's nothing to lose by finding out.
“I’m in my 50s, 60s, 70s. Is this really for me?”
Aspire's coaches have trained clients from age 6 to age 90, the club accepts Silver Sneakers and Renew Active memberships, and one of the members you'll read about on this site started personal training here at 75. You will not be the outlier. You'll be the point.
“I’ve joined gyms before and it never stuck.”
Then you already know access to equipment was never the missing piece. What was missing is a plan built on your real numbers and a coach who notices when you disappear. That is exactly what Aspire is built around: test, plan, coach, retest. The follow through stops living on your shoulders alone.
