How the Process Works
Step 1 – Strategy Call or In-Person Consult
We’ll talk about your goals, health history, and training background so we can tailor the testing to you.
Step 2 – In-Gym Testing Session (60–90 Minutes)
You’ll come to Aspire and complete:

Resting metabolic rate test

Full body composition analysis

Our team will guide you through every step.
Step 3 – Results Review & Personalized Plan
We’ll sit down and walk you through your numbers in plain English, then build:

A personalized training plan

Target heart-rate zones

Caloric and macro guidelines (and RD referral if appropriate)

Clear next steps for the next 8–12 weeks
Step 4 – Optional Coaching & Retesting
You can work with one of our coaches to execute the plan and retest every 3–6 months to track progress and adjust.

FAQ: frequently asked questions
Q1: Do I need to be “in shape” to do this?
No. In fact, many of the people who get the most benefit are just getting started or returning after a long break. We scale everything to your current level.
Q2: How long does the testing take?
Plan for about 60–90 minutes for the full Total Metabolic Analysis.
Q3: Is this safe if I have health concerns?
We’ll go through a detailed intake and, if needed, require medical clearance before the VO₂ test. Your safety comes first.
Q4: Do I have to be a member of Aspire to do this?
No — this service is available to both members and non-members. Non-members will also have options to roll this into a training program if they choose.
Q5: How often should I do this?
Most people retest every 3–6 months to track progress and update their training/nutrition plan.
