Performance Builder Plan

2x/ week Personal Training 

 

Includes:

-2 personal training sessions/week

-Full gym membership W/ Unlimited Guest Passes

-Group Training 3x weekly ACCESS

-VO₂ Max testing twice annually

-Annual RMR testing

-personalized meal plan built around your goals,

training, and lifestyle, with the option for referral

to a registered dietitian for more advanced

support if needed.

 

Performance Elite Plan

3x/ week Personal Training

 

Includes:

-3 personal training sessions/week

-Full gym membership w/ unlimited guest passes

-Unlimited Group TraininG ACCESS

-Quarterly VO₂ Max Test

-RMR testing twice annually

-personalized meal plan built around your goals,

training, and lifestyle, with the option for referral

to a registered dietitian for more advanced

support if needed.

 

-All sessions are one hour

-monthly rates are based on 28 day billing cycle

-28 day cancelation policy

-Advanced nutrition services with our registered dietitian are available by referral and are billed separately.

I’m a 75 year old fairly healthy man. After retiring two years ago, I became less active.  Realizing that I needed to get more movement back in my life, I went looking for a gym. None were as appealing to me as Aspire was, and I am so happy I found them. The atmosphere,  trainers, and quests here are all friendly. My trainer, Chris, has coached and challenged me carefully for the last six months. My balance, strength, conditioning and energy level have all improved. I look forward to coming to Aspire every day. So grateful to be a part of this community.
