Performance Builder Plan
2x/ week Personal Training
Includes:
-2 personal training sessions/week
-Full gym membership W/ Unlimited Guest Passes
-Group Training 3x weekly ACCESS
-VO₂ Max testing twice annually
-Annual RMR testing
-personalized meal plan built around your goals,
training, and lifestyle, with the option for referral
to a registered dietitian for more advanced
support if needed.
Performance Elite Plan
3x/ week Personal Training
Includes:
-3 personal training sessions/week
-Full gym membership w/ unlimited guest passes
-Unlimited Group TraininG ACCESS
-Quarterly VO₂ Max Test
-RMR testing twice annually
-personalized meal plan built around your goals,
training, and lifestyle, with the option for referral
to a registered dietitian for more advanced
support if needed.
-All sessions are one hour
-monthly rates are based on 28 day billing cycle
-28 day cancelation policy
-Advanced nutrition services with our registered dietitian are available by referral and are billed separately.
