Aspire Athletes ACADEMY SUMMER Program (Begining June 8th)

The Aspire Athletes Academy Summer Program is a five-day-per-week training system designed to develop stronger, faster, more explosive, and better conditioned athletes. Built on proven training principles and advanced performance technology, this program establishes a new standard for athlete development in the Capital Region. By integrating structured strength, speed, and conditioning with measurable performance data, Aspire is positioning itself as a leading athletic performance facility. This is a data-driven training environment focused on producing measurable results.

What Makes our Program Different

 

Athletes will train using performance technology including:

  • VO₂ Master for measuring aerobic capacity, conditioning, and recovery

  • VertiMax V8 for developing explosiveness, vertical jump, and acceleration

  • Catapult One for tracking workload, speed, and output

  • Just Jump System for measuring vertical and reactive strength

  • Assault AirRunner for conditioning and sprint development

These tools are integrated into a structured training system similar to those used at the collegiate and professional levels.

 

Program Structure

Five days per week (Monday through Friday)

Daily training sessions: 9:00 AM- 10:30 AM

June 8th, 2026 - August 28th, 2026

 

Core Training Components

 

Strength and Power Development

  • Progressive resistance training

  • Foundational and Olympic lift variations

  • Core training and injury prevention

 

Speed, Agility, and Acceleration

  • Sprint mechanics and linear speed

  • Change of direction training

  • Reaction and footwork development

Focus: Improve speed and movement efficiency

 

Explosiveness and Athletic Performance

  • VertiMax-based training

  • Plyometrics and reactive strength work

  • Jump testing for measurable progress

Focus: Increase power and explosiveness

Conditioning and Work Capacity

  • VO₂-based conditioning protocols

  • Sprint intervals using the Assault AirRunner

  • Energy system development

Focus: Improve endurance and recovery

Performance Tracking and Data

  • VO₂ max testing and monitoring

  • Catapult One tracking for workload and intensity

  • Jump and power output tracking

Focus: Provide measurable feedback and track progress

Weekly Turf Training

  • Field-based sessions

  • Sport-specific movement and conditioning

  • Open-space speed development
