Big News at Aspire – Insurance Coverage Coming Soon for Nutrition Services

Aspire Community,

I’m excited to share a big update with you.

Over the past several months, I’ve been working hard behind the scenes to complete the insurance credentialing process so we can offer nutrition and wellness services through insurance billing. Our goal has always been to provide more resources to support your health and fitness journey while making those services as affordable and accessible as possible.

We are now nearing completion of credentialing with the following insurance providers:

• NY State Medicaid

• Aetna

• Capital District Physicians Health Plan (CDPHP)

• MVP Health Care

• Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield of New York

• United Healthcare

• Excellus Blue Cross Blue Shield

• Fidelis Care, Inc.

• Cigna (aligned with MVP approval)

• Pending plans as they finalize

This means many Aspire members may soon be able to access nutrition counseling and metabolic health services with little to no out-of-pocket cost, depending on your plan.

At the bottom of that page, you’ll find a short insurance questionnaire. Filling this out allows us to check your benefits and determine how many visits your insurance provider may cover.
