ASPIRE WEEKLY RECAP
Where is Jack Tyree?
The loud voice of our Women’s Group has been missing all week! Jack got a little too excited on the slopes and, unfortunately, tore his meniscus skiing. He’ll be back around the gym next week, just on crutches instead of coaching at full volume. If you see him hopping around, give him a hand (or at least carry something for him). Heal up, Jack. The Women’s Group isn’t the same without you.
New Trainer on Board!
Please join us in welcoming our newest trainer at Aspire, Brianna!Brianna is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with an athletic background in swimming, gymnastics, and lacrosse. On Thursday, Shonta and his group were at Yates Elementary in Schenectady, while Chris and his team were at Troy Middle School. Two different cities. Two different schools. One mission.
Moments like this show the growth of the program and the direction we’re heading. We’re reaching more students, building more relationships, and continuing to expand our impact in the community.
