Aspire to Achieve Challenge
Our 12-week Aspire to Achieve Challenge just wrapped up, and the results speak for themselves. Participants improved VO₂ max by up to +32%, increased strength by 30–130%+, and made real gains in endurance, consistency, and confidence. RUN CLUB
We’re kicking off our Aspire Run Club with Coach Bri! This is for everyone, especially beginners. We’ll start slow and short, and build up over time as the group gets more comfortable. Runs will begin at the gym, and as we progress, we’ll start mixing in some fun locations. After each run, we’ll have breakfast or a light snack to hang out and connect. HYROX & HIIT Are Back After a short week off, HYROX and HIIT are back and ready to go. These classes have been filling up quickly, so all participants must reserve their spot in the app ahead of time.

L.E.A.D. NEWS
Steam Camps!
While many were on break, our L.E.A.D. teams kept things moving. Schenectady elementary schools hosted STEAM camps this week, giving students a place to stay active and keep learning, and we were right there with them. Our team visited Paige, Yates, and Van Corlear, bringing the energy with fun relay races and, of course, snacks for all participants. Proud to keep making an impact, even during school breaks.
