New Equipment at the Club!

We’ve got new equipment getting delivered to the club today! A brand new Assault treadmill and VertiMax for our athletes. Stay tuned while we figure out where the hell the treadmill is gonna go! 


 

6 Week Hyrox Program

f you’re looking to take on HYROX or improve your time at your next race come join Gordy’s 6-week prep program.Starting April 28th, every Tuesday and Thursday at 7PM, this program is built to improve your endurance, strength, and overall race performance. You’ll be working through structured HYROX-style workouts, a full running program, and learning pacing, transitions, and race strategy from one of Aspire’s best. 



Run Club Day One!!!

This Sunday at 8AM, our first-ever run club is kicking off at Aspire! Rain or shine, we’ll be getting after a 2-mile loop starting right at the club. Don’t let the name fool you we’re welcoming runners, joggers, and walkers of all levels. This is all about having fun, getting outside, and bringing our community together. 



Gardy Classic Sign Ups are Live

Join us for our annual Gardy Classic powerlifting event on Saturday, May 30th. Compete in the bench, squat, and deadlift. Whether it’s your first time or you’re a seasoned lifter, this event is for you. Come get after it



College Suites

The Aspire crew went down to College Suites in Troy to connect with local college students and athletes. We spent time talking about what we do as trainers, sharing our experiences, and giving them a look into the field to see if it’s something they’d be interested in pursuing. Always great getting out into the community and building those connections.

Troy and Schenectady Wellness Programs are Back!

Spring break is over and the kids are back! Our after-school workout program is back in full swing and the energy has been great. The kids are getting after it focusing on building strength, dialing in proper technique, and continuing to learn more about macros and nutrition. Every session we’re working to build better habits, confidence, and consistency. It’s been awesome to see them continue to show up and put in the work.
