Hey Aspire Fam! On Saturday, July 18th, we are hosting a free community-style workout at Aspire! This session includes 3 stations, each running 20-minute HIIT blocks designed for all fitness levels. Help us showcase what makes our community so great by joining us for this workout and bringing that friend who has been procrastinating getting in the gym.

We understand this hot weather can be tough to workout in, but this is just your sign to try out our early morning or late night classes to avoid that middle of the day peak heat.
THE COURT IS BACK??
Most of you might remember that basketball court that took every parking spot we had left. Well its back... sort of. We are bringing it to Schenectady County SummerNight on Friday, July 10th. Join us for this free event with live music, food vendors, family activities, and a fireworks display.
L.E.A.D. NEWS
SUMMER CAMP
The L.E.A.D. team is back in action next week. We will be helping run the Schenectady summer camps at both the local parks and in the schools. We are excited for this opportunity to further give back to our community and help share our passion for fitness.
FIRST ANNUAL L.E.A.D. COMMUNITY 5K
Now I know for some the term 5K can be intimidating and an immediate click away, but hear me out. This is supposed to be a fun community event where you can run, jog, walk, crawl, jump, whatever you want!!! We are raising money and awareness for youth programs like ours. So many great businesses and organizations go unnoticed, and we want to bring light to them. Plus, you get a fun shirt that Bri designed, and I think looks pretty cool. For July we are collecting any athletic equipment used or new! This drive will be collected and distributed at the 5K event to schools, families, and organizations that need it. Drop it off at the bin when you walk in the door!
