None of it happens without this amazing community.Grateful for each and every one of you, here’s to finishing the year strong and an even bigger year ahead! ❤️

VO2 Max Testing
This measures how much oxygen your body can use during exercise. In simple terms, it indicates the strength of your cardiovascular fitness. A higher VO2 Max means you can train harder, recover faster, and perform better. It’s one of the best indicators of overall endurance and heart health.RMR (Resting Metabolic Rate) TestingRMR tells you how many calories your body burns at rest, basically, the minimum amount of energy your body needs to function. Knowing your RMR helps you build a more accurate nutrition plan, understand how much you should be eating, and dial in your goals, whether you’re trying to lose weight, gain muscle, or maintain.Together, these tests provide a comprehensive picture of your fitness, enabling you to train smarter, fuel properly, and track genuine progress over time.
L.E.A.D. NEWS
12 Weeks Strong at Troy! We’re officially 12 weeks into our Troy Program, and it’s been incredible to watch these kids grow, not just in strength, but in confidence and leadership. Over the past 12 weeks, we’ve seen tremendous improvements in overall strength, work ethic, and self-belief. Seeing young athletes turn into young leaders is exactly why this program exists. We can’t wait to get back to it after the holidays and continue building even more momentum in the new year! 💪
Gifts Delivered to Troy Middle School!
All of the gifts have officially been delivered to Troy Middle School, and we couldn’t be prouder of what our community has accomplished over the past few months. Time and time again, this community steps up without hesitation to help us make a real difference. Because of you, Christmas wish lists were fulfilled, and lives were touched this December. Thank you for showing what it truly means to come together and give back.
Keane Elementary Has Been a Blast!
Being at Keane Elementary has been an amazing experience, definitely a change of pace from middle school, but one we’ve loved embracing. Each week, we’re learning, adapting, and continuing to build an even better program for the kids.
Stay tuned… because L.E.A.D. may be expanding its outreach very soon!
