Huge congratulations to our very own Conner Kisby for taking 1st place at the 2026 USAPL Raw Nationals! At just 19 years old, Conner stole the win with his last deadlift attempt, pulling an insane 692lbs. Let's not forget everyone's favorite, Anna Cortese, for taking 2nd place in her division! Anna extended her state record for squat by 20 pounds, pushing it to 149lbs. Shoutout to our amazing Aspire Family for crushing at the competition.
ATHLETES ACADEMY
It's not too late to become an athlete this summer. This 5-day-a-week program runs for 12 weeks and is built to develop strength, speed, agility, and explosiveness. Come sign up today! We also have a youth strength program for our beginners that runs every Monday / Wednesday / Friday at 4 pm. This group is structured for our elementary and middle school athletes!
HYROX WITH COACH GORDY HYROX is back, and Gordy has to put together a program to get you ready for your next race. This isn't a general fitness class; it's a purpose-built HYROX training with the coaching and intensity to match. This is the place to be if you want to improve your next time.

ASPIRE LEAGUE ALL-STAR GAME Tomorrow, June 20th at 6:30, the Aspire Leagues second ever all star day will be taking place at Saint Madeline Sophie! Come support the league and vibe with our very own DJ Mixitup as he keeps the energy up all night long.

L.E.A.D. UPDATE
THE L.E.A.D. COMMUNITY 5K
It's official! The L.E.A.D. 5K will take place at Mohawk Harbor on September 19th. This is the first year we will be putting this together, and our main goal is to raise awareness for overall youth opportunities and wellness, whether that is through sports, arts, STEM, or even mentorship; we are here to show the area what opportunities there are. SCSD YEAR 1
We are officially done with year 1 in the Schenectady School District. It has been truly amazing working in these schools and getting to show more kids our love for health and fitness. Along with that, the staff and community of Schenectady has such a passion for making a change that will last a lifetime. It's always inspiring when you get to meet people who have the same mindset as our L.E.A.D. team.
