The Aspire Hybrid Challenge is Coming!
Our HYROX and HIIT classes have been absolutely crushing it, now it’s time for the Aspire community to show out in a BIG way!On March 28th from 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Aspire Athletic Club is taking over the Albany Capital Center during the Empire State Fitness Expo to host our very own hybrid-style competition plus high-energy group classes!Here’s what the day will look like:10:00 AM & 11:00 AM — Group fitness classes Hybrid solo & team competitions to followWinner reveal of our 12-Week Transformation ChallengeThis is a massive moment for our staff, our gym, and the entire Aspire community. Transformation Challenge Reaching an End
Congratulations to the 20+ members who have been putting in the work since January in our A2A Transformation Challenge. After 12 weeks of consistent training, the challenge is officially coming to an end in the next couple of weeks.You may see these participants around the gym retesting their VO₂ max and other metrics to see just how much progress can happen with three months of focus, effort, and guidance from one of our coaches.We’re proud of everyone who committed to the process and can’t wait to see the final results.
The Aspire League is Officially Full
Year 5 of the Aspire Summer Basketball League is officially set. We have 14 teams ready to chase the championship this season.There are a lot of returning teams coming back to compete, along with some new faces looking to make their mark. We’re excited to continue building this league year after year and bringing the community together through competition and basketball.The season officially tips off at the end of May and runs through the beginning of August. We can’t wait to get started.
Hyrox, HIIT, and Stretch Sign-ups!
Our new clubs have been absolutely crushing it on Monday nights and Saturday mornings. With the increased popularity, all participants must reserve their spot in the app before class.• HIIT – capped at 24 spots
• HYROX – capped at 20 spots
• Stretch – capped at 10 spots
Please make sure to secure your spot in the app ahead of time so we can run the best classes possible. Classes are free for members, but non-members will be charged $10 per class.
Protein Treats
We’ve got all-new protein treats available in the front lobby! These are a perfect grab-and-go option to fuel your day and satisfy a sweet tooth. They’re only $5 each, so be sure to grab one and give them a try before they sell out. Once they’re gone, they’re gone! Let us know which one’s your favorite.
Summer Shreds Program
Summer is right around the corner, which means now is the time to put in the work for that vacation you have planned or those pool days ahead. Confidence is built in the colder months and shown off in the summer. If you start now, you’ll be ahead of the game. For new training clients, we’re offering a 90-Day Summer Shreds Program that includes:
• Personal training sessions
• Nutrition guidance
• Customized workout programming for days on your own
This program is designed to help you build real results, lasting habits, and confidence heading into summer.

L.E.A.D. NEWS
Last Chance for Our L.E.A.D. Booke Drive!
Right as you walk into the gym, you’ll see our L.E.A.D. Book Drive station!We’ve been collecting new or gently used books to help stock our Little Free Libraries and support students in our L.E.A.D. schools. Books of all ages and reading levels are welcome.We only have a couple of days left, so if you’ve been meaning to bring a book, now’s the time! Bring one (or a few) next time you stop in.Let’s keep building legacy and empowering the next generation one book at a time.
The L.E.A.D. Team is Growing AGAIN!
Huge shoutout to Coaches Shonta, Jimmy, and Conner for the incredible work they’ve been doing in the Schenectady elementary schools.Because of their hard work and the impact they’re making, the L.E.A.D. Wellness Program will now be expanding into a 5th elementary school during the week!The program continues to grow, and we’re excited to keep making an impact on more students and communities.
